About Us

Julie Davison - Owner

Julie is a licensed property manager who has owned and managed her own rentals with her husband since 2004. Julie incorporates a comprehensive approach to managing your rentals. She fully understands the delicate balance of maintaining and improving your investment, while continuing to strive to meet your financial goals. Prior to property management, Julie worked in the Financial Services Industry for a Portfolio Manager as a Registered Sales Associate, where she held all of her securities licenses. Her sales and financial background come to use whether it’s trying to fill a vacancy during soft rental markets or helping you understand and set rents. Julie has a Bachelor of Science in Business, with a Finance Option from Montana State University, where she received an athletic scholarship for Ski Racing on the Women’s NCAA Ski Team. Julie loves living in Bend with her husband and two young kids. When she’s not working, you’ll find her coaching for the local non- profit Mt. Bachelor Sports Education Foundation or running, golfing and mountain biking with her family.

Chad Davison – Owner

Chad had a passion for real estate long before he ever made his first investment. Chad is a District Manager for Farmers Insurance in Central and Eastern Oregon. For over 15 years Chad has successfully helped insurance agents start, manage and sell their businesses, while managing and owning his own rentals and commercial building with his wife. Chad understands the process of purchasing rental properties and transitioning them into viable investments, resulting in a respectable ROI and positive cash flow. He is proud to own a Bend real estate management company where he can establish a vision that the owners and tenants are valued customers, and both receive excellent and timely customer service. Chad has a Bachelor of Science in Business, with a Marketing option from Montana State University.

When Chad is not answering his phone, he enjoys all that Bend has to offer. On the weekends you can catch him skiing, mountain biking, golfing, flying or rafting with his family.

Kory Friedman

Kory joined the Mountain View team in September of 2024 as a bookkeeper and is a licensed property manager in the state of Oregon. Kory strives to provide excellent customer service to owners and tenants and finds her role in accounting incredibly rewarding. She has lived in Central Oregon for the past twenty years with her husband and sons. Kory has a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Spanish from the University of California at Santa Barbara. When she isn’t working, Kory loves spending time with her rescue dogs, going to see live music and hanging out with her teenager when he allows it.

Brent Winegar

Brent is a licensed property manager in the state of Oregon. He joined Mountain View Property Management in October of 2019 and has experience in several real estate and property management fields. He has spent time in commercial property management as well as long term and vacation rental management. He prides himself on his customer service and his ability to build strong relationships with owners, tenants and maintenance personnel. He seeks continued education in all facets of property management and continues to grow as a well-rounded asset to our Bend real estate management team.

Brent acquired a Bachelor of Arts from Boise State University. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife and three kids as well as golfing or watching his boys play sports.

Bri Elliott

Bri joined Mountain View in September of 2024. Bri brings 2 years of experience as a Leasing Coordinator, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both property owners and potential tenants. Bri is committed to providing exceptional customer service with a strong attention to detail and a passion for helping clients find their perfect space.

When Bri's not working, she enjoys kayaking, boating, fishing , being with friends and family and exploring Bend and Central Oregon.

Mike Scholerman

Mike brings years of maintenance experience to our Bend, Redmond and Central Oregon property maintenance team. His knowledge and expertise in many different repair fields makes him an asset to both owners and tenants. He delivers high-level customer service and always receives compliments on his communication with clients.

Railey Cavanaugh

Railey has spent over 10 years in Property Management. During the past decade she has gained experience in multiple aspects and state locations, allowing her to accumulate the knowledge to best serve in this business. Railey oversees maintenance, keeping up to date with work orders submitted from tenants, and managing owner requested upgrades and any needed repairs for investment properties. She is quite detailed and learns the ins/outs of the properties we manage. She is excellent at trouble shooting and finding solutions.

Railey grew up in Bend, then moved to Washington where she started her career in Property Management. Outside of her career, Railey dedicates her time to her beloved husband and children. She has a passion for traveling and exploring what this beautiful world has to offer.

Morgan Hall

Morgan joined Mountain View in December of 2023 and is new to Bend. She grew up in the Portland area and relocated to Bend for a change in scenery and the outdoor activities. She has a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and is very detail oriented. As MVPM’s Assistant Property Manager, Morgan is a great communicator and will provide excellent service to all customers.

When Morgan's not working, she enjoys golfing, boating, snowboarding, being with friends and family and exploring Bend and Central Oregon.

Alycia Winegar

Alycia joined Mountain View in December of 2022. She has specialized in bookkeeping for many years, priding herself on being very detail oriented and thorough. She provides a high level of customer service and works hard to make clear and precise bookkeeping for all owners, tenants and vendors.

When Alycia isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids exploring all the wonderful things Central Oregon has to offer.
